I think I have some free time slices, so I'm taking advantage of these
to kick XPLC development a bit... I decided that development releases
ought to follow the "release early, release often" principle, so here
you go people, without further ado, XPLC release 0.1.0!
I'm not garanteeing that you'll get anything working with this, in fact,
I can garantee you a severe headache if you try to! :-)
See if it works for you, run the tests ("make tests"), submit bugs,
submit patches and, above all, have fun!
