I released XPLC 0.3.3 over the weekend.
This release is a major release for Win32 users and a minor one for the
other platforms. The Win32 port itself was broken and has now been
repaired. A few changes were made to ensure compatibility with standard
Win32 headers. The module loader subsystem has been improved.
